About Patricia

Born and raised in beautiful Buenos Aires, Argentina, I moved to Toronto in 2003 with my husband and our two kids who were teenagers at that time. My interest in real estate began very early back home as we purchased and sold a few properties there.

After arriving to Canada, I started working in commercial real estate as a CPA, MBA for big corporations such as Brookfield and Colliers. As a financial controller, I was involved in many successful transactions, which made me clearly understand the potential of investing in real estate.

Personal Growth

On a personal level, my interest in residential real estate resulted in many acquisitions in Toronto and internationally. Realizing that my passion for the field was also met with success, I decided to make a career change leaving my corporate life behind and getting my real estate license.

It’s been amazing to follow the rapid growth in Toronto and its real estate market during the last 20 years. I am thrilled to be part of that growth and to help my clients navigate the challenges and important steps of buying and selling properties in this market. As a licensed Real Estate Broker, I keep learning and enhancing my skills so that I can provide the highest level of service to my clients.

Financial Expertise

Combining my financial expertise and passion for real estate and design my mission is to provide a comprehensive service focusing on helping people with my Concierge Method. I help my clients find the best solutions that not only make sense for them financially, but also maximize their equity and wealth creation potential of their properties.

I also provide international real estate services with listings all over the world as I hold a CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) designation and a full real estate license in Los Cabos, Mexico.

When I am not working on my real estate activities you can find me walking in High Park, spending time with my family, playing with my bulldog or practising yoga.
